A little guide on how to purchase something on our website:

2) Browse the categories 

3) Add the items you want to your cart. When you have finished, click on the shopping cart and go to the check out.

4) Review your order. If you want, you can change the quantity of your selected items.

5) Fill in the form of required datas for the shipping and/or billing details.

6) Confirm and pay!

You will immediately receive a confirmation email regarding the order, and when your order has been sent, you will receive another email. After shipment, each order has a tracking number sent you by email from our shipping partner.

Furthermore our website accepts all of the international currencies, such as US dollars, Australian Dollars, GBP, euros and more even if the price of each listing on our website is showed in EUROS (€). In fact both the credit card payment system, integrated in the website, and PayPal convert every currency into euros when you pay, in that way you'll pay in your currency and we receive our currency. No actions are required by you. 

We accept the return of purchased goods no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods. The return costs will be payed by the buyer. We'll refund the full amount paid by the buyer for the order, excluding the shipping fees.

By buying from our store you accept these purchase conditions according to law in matter of e-commerce sales.

The sale of all our offered products is permitted under Italian law.

As the legal requirements are different in each country, we ask you to inquire before buying whether the purchase and possession of the given articles in your country violates any laws.

We do not take responsibility for the possible confiscation of the goods by customs offices or any other possible legal consequences in relation to the customer.

Special, marked articles are available only for adult customers and partially for companies and are shipped only as a registered mail (not delivered to the letterbox, post office boxes, etc.).

Our offers can not be used for suspicious purposes such as for example: pyrotechnics.
