disclaimer and policy
The subscription plan has been created to let anyone get his dream Periodic Table Set avoiding to spend a huge amount of money all at once. We'll take care of your subscription and we'll ship every month a specified number of items described in the contracts above, usually from 6 to 7 samples for the element glass vials and from 4 to 5 for the element acrylic cubes. From the date of the monthly charge please allow 14-20 days to get your shipment delivered, an email with tracking will be always sent to you by our shipping providers, so please always check your emails.
Please note that by cancelling the subscription, we will stop immediately to ship any item and the contract will be resolved immediately. All the unpaid, but already shipped items, will be property of Nova Elements ® S.A.S. until they are fully payed. if you desire to cancel the subscription do that before the monthly charge, in that way nothing will be owed by you. You can return only the last purchased items by 14 days after delivery is confirmed to get a refund after checking integrity of any returned item. All the subscription plans are directly charged by Stripe, the world number one online payment provider.
